Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase of a prepaid eSIM data plan on rivoesim.com ("Rivo eSIM", "we"). Rivo eSIM is operated by Rivo Solution LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA (ID 2024-001492271), 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 8, Casper, WY 82609, USA.

The service

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as an eSIM profile (QR code and activation codes). Plans provide data only, unless stated otherwise. Coverage, speed and networks depend on local operators.

Compatibility

You are responsible for checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before ordering. An eSIM that cannot be installed because the device is incompatible or locked is not a defect of the service.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars; other currencies are indicative. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error, with a full refund.

Delivery

The eSIM is sent by email to the address you provide and is also available on your order page. Please check your spam folder. Keep your QR code private: anyone who scans it can install the eSIM. See our delivery policy for details.

Validity and use

Validity starts at the first connection to a supported network (or as stated on the plan). Unused data is lost at the end of the validity. A fair-use policy may apply to unlimited plans. Using the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

Refunds

See our refund policy.

Liability

We are not responsible for network outages, coverage limits or speed variations caused by local operators, nor for charges from your home operator if you use its line abroad. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We will always try to resolve any issue amicably first: contact support@rivoesim.com.
