What is an eSIM?
A digital SIM card built into your phone. You install it from a QR code — no plastic SIM, no shop visit.
Is my phone compatible?
Most recent phones support eSIM: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy models. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. See our compatible phones page.
When should I install it?
Install it before you travel, while you are on Wi-Fi. Plan validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.
Will I keep my phone number?
Yes. The eSIM is for data only and your usual SIM stays active for calls and SMS.
How do I receive my eSIM?
After payment we send the QR code and installation codes by email. They also appear in My eSIMs and on your order page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if the eSIM has not been installed and no data has been used. See our refund policy for details.
