Is my phone compatible?

When should I install it?
Install it before you travel, while you are on Wi-Fi. Plan validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.
Will I keep my phone number?
Yes. The eSIM is for data only and your usual SIM stays active for calls and SMS.
How do I receive my eSIM?
After payment we send the QR code and installation codes by email. They also appear in My eSIMs and on your order page.
